Walk for Freedom

On the 2nd September Bluebelle and I completed the Walk for Freedom to raise money for Animals Asia and in total the event has raised a fantastic £3283.41 with £1353.41 of that coming from sponsoring Bluebelle! We had a lovely morning and the event was so well organised. Thank you to all of you who sponsored Bluebelle and also a big thanks to all of you who took part, it was great to see so many people out and about.
The money raised will help so much towards the Moon Bears. I have also had some exciting news that one of their newly rescued bears will be called Bluebelle in honour of her efforts to raise money for them.
I have also recently signed a teddy bear which is up for auction to raise money for the charity WSPA (World Society for the Protection of Animals.) Hopefully the auction, ending on 1st October will help with raising funds for another fantastic animal charity. Here’s the link to the auction:
